My go to tools and advanced training include relaxing and therapeutic Swedish, spontaneous muscle release techniques (SMRT), cupping, myofascial release, ​Manual Lymph Drainage, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Therapeutic Spa Treatments, and Intuitive Energy Work.
