About Linda

Care that works with the body instead of forcing it

Mindful Massage Milwaukie was created as a space where women can exhale, feel genuinely cared for, and receive thoughtful therapeutic care tailored to their individual needs.

My work blends years of experience with a grounded, attentive approach. Rather than working from a rigid formula, I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches based on what each person needs in the moment.

Over the years, I’ve found that the body often responds more deeply to safety, attunement, and consistency rather than force.

Meaningful healing often begins with feeling safe enough to soften

The heart of my work

I work with women navigating stress, chronic tension, pain, and the changing needs of their bodies as they age.

My intention is to offer care that is grounded, present, respectful, and deeply supportive without overwhelming the body or mind.

Training & Experience

I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts and continue to pursue ongoing education in restorative bodywork, sound therapy, and women’s wellness care.

My background includes training in:

  • Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique® (SMRT)

  • Vodder-style Manual Lymph Drainage

  • Vibrational Sound Therapy

  • Therapeutic bodywork for pain relief, stress reduction, and restoration

My practice continues to evolve through experience, study, and the women I have the privilege to work with.

I look forward to supporting your healing and well-being.
