Friday, June 20th, 7-9pm - A Special Summer Solstice Sound Bath Ceremony (limited to 6 people)
☀️Honoring Abundance, Vitality, and the Height of the Light☀️
The Summer Solstice celebrates the longest day of the year and the height of light, energy, and abundance. This ceremony provides participants with a sacred space to honor their personal growth and connect to the fiery vitality of summer. Through guided meditation and sound healing, participants are encouraged to harness this energy for empowerment, creativity, and balance.
A special crystal choosing ceremony will be incorporated (you get to take home your crystal!). And a summer solstice essential oil spritz, oracle cards, a lovely tea, and community will complement your experience.

You are only claiming one spot (unless you sign up for more than one). That can be confusing - so just know you are signing up for one spot, not yours and four others. Questions? *Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled so that we may start on time. Doors will be locked at 7:05pm. Dress in layers for warmth. I provide comfortable floor cushions, pillows, blankets, and eye pillows. Please bring any additional items for your comfort.
***An altar space will be set up and you are invited to bring a small item to place on it during the sound bath to honor someone/something, set an intention or infuse with good energy.
You will take it back home with you at the end.

* deep sense of connection and peace

* reduced anxiety
* improved sleep
* boosted immune function
